Boiled soup, fried fish and a vege for dinner. Oopps.. no meat!!! Totally forgotten about hubby, :P
Checked the fridge and only minced meat left. So, hubby shall have seaweed delight lah, hehe.
Ingredients :
3/4 rice bowl of seaweed ( washed and soaked to soften )
3/4 rice bowl of minced meat
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup water
3 tbsp oil
Seasoning :
1 heap tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
Method :
Preheat wok with oil and saute minced garlic till fragrant.
Add in minced pork and stir fry till pork changes colour.
Add in seasoning and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Then, add in water and bring to boil.
When the water starts boiling, add in seaweed.
Mix all up evenly and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
Finally, dish up and serve hot.
