Guess will be having minced meat for dinner these few days because there are quite a lot still sitting in my freezer.
This dish goes very well with steamed rice and it's one of my favourite. Very fragrant with " shaoxing wine " added. :)
Ingredients :
250g minced pork
2 large green chillies
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp taucu ( salted bean paste )
{ mixed together }
2 tbsp oil
Seasoning :
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
Preheat wok with oil and saute minced garlic with taucu till fragrant.
Add in minced pork and stir fry pork till it changes colour.
Add in seasoning and stir fry for another 4 to 5 minutes and smells fragrant.
Then, add in green chillies and mixed everything up evenly.
Stir fry for another minute to soften the chillies a bit.
And finally, dish up and serve hot.
