As usual, we can never go wrong with my grandma's simple yet yummy recipes. :) Steaming method, no need to do a lot of cleaning up afterwards. Ha ha.
I can easily whop up a big bowl of rice with only the sauce!!!
Ingredients :
200g pork ribs - chopped into small pieces
1 chili padi - cut into small pieces
( or more if you like it a bit more spicy yet fragrant )
1 medium tomato - quartered
1 tsp minced garlic
1 heap tbsp taucu
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
I like this brand because it's not so salty compared to others
Method :
Mix everything up and place quartered tomatoes on top.
Preheat steamer and steam the pork ribs for 20 minutes or till done.
Remove from steamer and serve hot.
