Steamed Pork With Pickled Lettuce ( Grandma's Recipe )

Although people will always say eating canned food is bad, but once in a while ok lah. This dish is very popular among my siblings because it's GRANDMA'S RECIPE. My grandma will always cook very simple dishes and they do taste good.




Ingredients :




200 gms minced pork
1 can pickled lettuce




Coarsely chop the pickled lettuce


Mix the pork and pickled lettuce evenly.


Bring water in steamer to boil and steam pork with pickled lettuce for 15 minutes or till cooked.
Serve hot with rice.

  1. My family we stirfry with minced meat. This is an interesting way to prepare it too. Hmmm, I don't think I have seen this canned lettuce sold here in US. Must try to find it :)
