Ingredients :
Size of a fist of cauliflower - cut into small pieces
1 carrot - cut into small pieces
1 stalk celery - cut into small pieces
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
3/4 cup of water
cornstarch solution ( 1 tsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water )
Method :
Preheat wok with 2 tbsp oil and saute garlic till fragrant.
Add in mixed vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute followed by adding salt and oyster sauce.
Keep stir frying and pour in 3/4 cup of water into the wok.
Stir fry and when sauce starts to bubble, add in cornstarch solution.
Stir them all up evenly and dish up.
Serve hot with rice.
