Steamed Minced Pork With Tung Choy ( Preserved Vegetable )


Another one of my grandma's recipe but I made some changes to it's ingredients added to suit my family's liking. :)

Ingredients :


250g minced pork
2 heap tbsps tung choy ( washed )
1 tsp minced garlic

Seasoning :

1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/3 tsp sugar

Method :



In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a paste.


Then, transfer to a deep plate for steaming.


Preheat steamer and steam the minced pork with tung choy for about 15 minutes or till done.
Dish up and serve hot.
