Grandma's recipe again...... Yummylicious!
1 packet of preserved green mustard
1/2 cup pork belly - thinly sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dark soy sauce
100 ml water
cornstarch solution - ( 1 tsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water )
2 tbsp oil
Cut and rinse preserved green mustard 2 times
Squeeze out the juice from the green mustard each time, to get rid of the saltiness
Preheat wok and saute preserved green mustard till almost dry. Dish up and set aside.
Add 2 tbsp oil into the same preheated wok and saute minced garlic till fragrant.
Add in pork belly and stir fry till meat changes colour and cooked.
Then add in preserved green mustard and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add in dark soy sauce and sugar and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Finally, add in water and mix evenly.
Thicken with cornstarch solution when the water reach boiling.
Dish up and serve hot with rice.
