5 chicken wings - wings and drummets separated
Marinate : ( marinate for at least 1/2 an hour )
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp light soy sauce
oil for frying
Fry chicken wings till lightly golden. ( Not too long as it will dry up the meat. )
Discard the oil, leaving 1 tbsp in wok.
Pour in sauce and cook over low heat till it turns syrupy.
Finally, add in fried wings, switch to medium heat and toss till gravy coats well onto meat and caramelized.
