Stir Fried Pork With Preserved Soy Bean

There's a slight difference between my mom's and my MIL's cooking in this dish. My mom likes to have lots of gravy and MIL the opposite. Today, we will have MIL's style for hubby. If it's for the kids, it will be with lots of gravy then.

Ingredients :

200g pork tenderloin or belly ( without skin ) - cut into small pieces

( A ) -  { mix them together }
1 tbsp taucu ( preserved soy beans )
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Method :

Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok.
Add in pork and saute till meat changes colour.
Then, add in ( A ).

Lower to medium heat and saute till gravy is dried up and coated into meat.
Dish up and serve with rice.

*** It tastes better if thinly sliced pork belly is used.
