Stir Fried Green Pepper With Pork

It's bell peppers again. I like to stir fry vegetables this way because it's a combination where you have meat and vegetables together. Just in case if my kids don't like the vege, they still have the meat, ha ha.

Ingredients :

1 large bell pepper - cut into thin strips
200g pork tenderloin - slice into small pieces
1 tsp minced garlic
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 cup water

Marinate : ( marinate pork for 1 hour )

1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp shaoxing wine

Method :

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok.
Saute minced garlic till fragrant and add in pork.
Saute till meat changes colour and fragrant.

Add in bell pepper strips and stir fry for 1 minute.

Finally, add in salt and water.
Stir fry and when gravy starts to bubble, dish up.
Serve hot with rice.
