Stir Fried Four Angle Beans With Chinese Sausage


This is my sis's own creation. I still remember when she first cooked it for lunch in her FIL's house. Her FIL gave her a thumbs up for this dish!!! So simple yet so tasty.

Ingredients :


10 four angle beans - cut into small pieces ( can add more if you like )
1 pair chinese sausage - slice into small pieces
1 tsp minced garlic
a pinch of salt ( optional )

Method :


Preheat wok with 1 tbsp oil and saute garlic till fragrant.
Add in chinese sausage and saute for 2 minutes under medium heat.


Add in four angle beans, switch back to high heat and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
Finally, add in salt, mix all up evenly and dish up.
Serve hot with rice.
