My Simple Way of Cooking Salmon

Salmon is a very healthy fish. It is high in protein, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D too. I love salmon but  my choosy eaters don't. I try to get them to eat some whenever I cook it for dinner. Well, they did eat some just to make me smile, hee hee.

Ingredients :

250g salmon fillet
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
salt and black pepper

Method :

Rub all over salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
Preheat non stick pan with olive oil and put in salmon fillet  ( skin downwards ).
Pan fry for while on both sides depending on how thick is your fish in order not make it too dry and tough.
Finally, squeeze in the lemon juice, off heat and dish up.
Serve hot.
