The weather has been extremely warm these days. My kids on and off catches cough and flu and this has affected their appetite too. Have to cook their favourite dishes all the time to get them to eat more. Today I cooked one of their favourite, soy sauce pork.
200 gms pork tenderloin - cut into bite size
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Marinate pork with soy sauce and sugar for 1 hour.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan and add in marinated pork.
Saute till the sauce starts bubbling and meat changes colour.
Lower heat and let it simmer stirring once a while till sauce is all dried up and well coated into meat.
*** I retained a little bit of sauce for my kids to mix it with rice.
