Lemon And Ginger Chicken

A fast to cook and good to eat dish. :D

For those of you who loves to eat chicken breast or who always has to cook boneless meat, this is a must try!!

Ingredients :

1 chicken breast - cut into long strips
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
( mix all above well for frying )

3 piece thinly sliced ginger
oil for frying

Sauce :
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey 
3 tbsp sugar
( mix all together )
cornflour solution ( 1 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water )

Method :

Preheat oil in wok and fry chicken strips till golden brown.

Remove and drain on kitchen towel

Bring the sauce to boil in a small pot
Then, thicken with cornflour solution
Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes

Off heat and set aside.

Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok after frying the chicken
Heat up the oil and saute the ginger slices till fragrant

Add the sauce in and simmer for 2 minutes

Finally, pour over chicken and serve hot
