3 chicken thigh - chopped to separate thigh and drumstick
Juices of 5 shallots, 3 cloves garlic and 3 inch ginger
1/2 tsp corinder powder ( ketumbar )
1/2 tsp cumin powder ( jintan putih )
1/2 tsp aniseed powder ( jintan manis )
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp meat curry powder ( Baba's ) or 1/2 tsp serbuk kunyit
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp water
Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oil in a wok.
Test the heat level with a wooden chopstick.
When it's like the photo above, add in the marinated chicken.
Fry the chicken in medium low heat till golden and crispy.
Dish up and serve warm.
