2 small bell peppers
300 gms prawns ( shelled and deveined ) - coarsely chopped
cornflour for dusting
Marinate : ( Marinate prawns for 1 hour )
1 tbsp egg white
dash of black pepper
1 tsp cornflour
dash of sesame oil
1/3 tsp salt
Cut red peppers into half and dust the inside with dry cornflour.
Press in marinated prawns firmly.
Heat 3 tbsp oil and put stuffed side down of pepper. Use medium low heat and fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
Then, turn over and add in 1/2 cup water and cook till the pan is almost dry.
Dish up and serve with rice.
